This section includes two tracks, the Legion prologue and theme song. The prologue was performed by myself and Saul. We basically went into comedic actor mode and played the various voices of Widack, Daha, Warp, 2 Step and Kid Toy, the arch nemesis of our soon to be heard heroes THE FIVE: Camile, Dome, Flare, Uprock and Graff. I remember recording it and we all bugging out for the sake of theater. Again, this record would not be if those involved took themselves so seriously that they could crack a joke or be seen as silly. But make no mistake, it still involved a level of commitment to the characters in order to bring them to light.

Yesterday I released the first track off of a hiphop album first recorded in 1995. It was an operatic continuation of the title track of my 1993 debut album “A Headnadda’s journey to Adidi-Skizm”. I know, a somewhat longwinded and unpronounceable title, but I was a long-winded young poet in 1993. It was a song about being taken away to an imaginary planet immersed in hip hop culture; at least what we understood it to be at the time. While writing the sequel to this track on tour I called up Earl Blaize, long time friend and producer of my first album, and told him about the idea. There was no question who would produce it. The question that remained is who would embody these characters I was developing in my head.
