U People Episode #7: “Tea Time in Brooklyn”
December 19, 2007 by souloperator
Olive and Hanifah sit and sip tea while reflecting on the beautiful women of Brooklyn, who have supported the film over the past year. This episode also features a U People Deleted scene featuring the sexy jounalist and U People star Tika Milan who talk about her run in with rapper Lil Wayne. Also, get a sneek peek of Shelley Nicole’s Blakbushe on stage. She along with Hanifhah Walidah and Honey Larochelle will be performing at the U People Fundraiser Concert at Solomon’s Porch December 29th.

OK I love the first three seconds of this episode. I mean I love the whole thing but I especially love the first three seconds. Ya’ll are making me want to move to Brooklyn.
Another great episode! I love what u-two bring to the table. I’m located in the south, and u-two REALLY make Brooklyn look so appealing.
I want to move to Brooklyn although I just moved back to Los Angeles from Boston. You two should have your onw reality TV show.

i wanted to thank you women, all of you, for not only stepping outside the box but tearing that biotch down. the steps in which you take assist in others who are dreaming about, thinking about, or just about to take their own. i hope to take a pic and some day shake the hands of you (olive and hanifah) for doing ya thang. i cant wait to see the documentary and i hope to put it on my website…uh, congratulations for all you’ve succeeded in thus far, i believe you’re reaching and going to touch on so much more. and congratulations on just being women meeting groups of women of color and spreading love.
