The U People Story Archive – UPLOAD YOURS

September 8, 2008 by souloperator

In 2007 www.iloveupeople.com began collecting stories telling of instances when everyday people across race, sexuality and faith had been made to feel like an “U People”. These stories offer an engaging and empowering experience for the story teller and viewer. It is a humorous spin on discrimination that reveals the evident hilarity when retelling the deeds of human stupidity. This archive is now available to you in its entirety and is still growing!

UPLOAD YOUR OWN STORY (3 RULES)
U People Stories are the cornerstone to this site and embodies the mission behind the film. We have provided a means for you to simply upload your story to this site for review to be included in the archive.

Just remember 3 things:
1. Tell a story. This is not the place to rant or aimlessly vent about vague and broad concepts of discrimination. This is about connecting to and through others with stories. A beginning, middle and end.

2. Please refrain from using names in your story. Blatantly profane, racist, homophobic, anti-semetic, or truly mean spirited uploads will be deleted.

3. After telling your story, let us know in that moment how telling it makes you feel.
